2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use TinyLoop. By registering, you confirm that you are a parent, guardian, or caregiver. TinyLoop is designed for families to share children's items safely.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. TinyLoop reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Listings & Content

All listings must be for genuine children's items (toys, books, clothing, baby gear, etc.). You must not list prohibited items including unsafe products, recalled items, counterfeit goods, or non-children's items. TinyLoop uses AI moderation to verify listings but is not responsible for the accuracy of user-posted content.

5. Transactions & Safety

TinyLoop is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. We do not handle payments, shipping, or deliveries. Always meet in a safe, public place for exchanges. TinyLoop is not responsible for the quality, safety, or condition of items exchanged between users.

6. Product Condition & No Warranty

All items listed on TinyLoop are pre-owned unless stated otherwise. TinyLoop does not guarantee, verify, or warrant the quality, condition, safety, functionality, or fitness of any item listed on the platform. This includes but is not limited to:

• Normal wear and tear, scratches, stains, fading, or cosmetic damage
• Missing parts, accessories, packaging, or manuals
• Working condition of electronic or mechanical items
• Hygiene, cleanliness, or washability of clothing and soft toys
• Age-appropriateness or safety compliance of toys and baby gear
• Authenticity of branded items

7. Dispute Resolution

TinyLoop does not mediate disputes between buyers and sellers. If you have an issue with a transaction, we encourage you to resolve it directly with the other party. You may report problematic users or listings using the report feature, and our team will review for community guideline violations. TinyLoop reserves the right to take action on accounts involved in disputes but is not obligated to do so.

8. Privacy

9. Community Guidelines

Be respectful and honest in all interactions. Do not spam, harass, or mislead other users. Report suspicious listings or behaviour using the report button. Violations may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

10. Intellectual Property

TinyLoop and its logo are trademarks. User-generated content (photos, descriptions) remains the property of the user but you grant TinyLoop a license to display it on the platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

TinyLoop is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or account information
• Personal injury during meetups or exchanges
• Financial loss from transactions
• Damage or defects in exchanged items
• Disputes between users
• Actions of other users on the platform

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TinyLoop, its team, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your listings, your exchanges, or your violation of these terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of TinyLoop after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Significant changes will be notified via email to registered users.
